about

The only rocker on the album and a predecessor of songs to come in the future. It had the energy that I wanted to show people. Metaphors and philosophy. I wasn't angry but yes, I did have a lot to say. Hope you enjoy this rocker. It was fun to record.

lyrics

Trisha, I am rolling
Here I go, down on the waterline and here I go baby down in time
I remember all of the stories and I remember you're still mine
I don't know but I've been told that city life can soon grow old
History has taught me something but what is though I don't know
"Cause I seem to keep making the same mistakes and
I seem to keep wasting my time
But I remember down on Patricia's Street
I was yours and I was fine
Some may say that things will change
Nothing ever stays the same
But I don't think that they can tag this philosophy on me
"Cause every time I see the ocean and every time you look at me
I think about how much I love you and how much that you love me
And I don't know about the guy that's playing
I don't think he'll get a record deal
Music today is not the same but that won't change the way he feels
Oh Oh whoah Oh whoah whoah
Oh Oh whoah Oh whoah whoah
Here I go, down on the waterline and here I go baby down in time
I remember all of the stories, hey I remember you're still mine
Here I go, down on the waterline and here I go baby down in time
History will soon absolve me but first I'll have a glass of wine and
I guess I'll think about the days are heart were young and beating free
Oh I guess I'll think about the the way
I fell in love on Patricia's Street
Oh Oh whoah Oh whoah whoah
Oh Oh whoah Oh whoah whoah
Alright!
